My story would make a great book. I am a character you can both love and hate. Everyone is intrigued by my plight. Everyone wants to save me. Everyone wants to read about me, become me, know me. Everyone identifies with me, feels remorse for me, wants to change things for me.
But don't get too close to me. A reality as sad and beautiful as mine is too dangerous for tangible hands. Unless you know me in shadows, you know me too much to hold me.
